POLICIES

Discover our transparent Cancellation and Late Policies tailored for the Petite Aesthetician – where your time is precious, and our commitment to punctuality ensures your beauty experience is always as seamless as your skin.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may cancel your appointment by calling us at 908-441-6121, emailing us at thepetiteaesthetician@gmail.com, or utilizing our online booking system. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the service scheduled.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notification will be considered a no show. A 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged for no call/no show incidents.

LATE POLICY:

A 5-minute grace period is allowed for appointments that are 15 minutes in length. A 10-minute grace period is provided for appointments that are 30 minutes or longer. To notify us of a late arrival, please call us directly at 908-441-6121 so we can adjust your appointment accordingly.

 

Depending on the appointment, some scheduled services may need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to stay on time for other scheduled clients. Late arrivals without notification will be considered a no show and may be subject to the corresponding no show fee.

 

Any fees accrued will be sent via invoice, and the client will be temporarily suspended from all forms of booking until the fee is paid.

 

No notifications of cancellation or late arrivals will be accepted through direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
